| Scholarship Awards for MTS & BTTS are allocated as under: |
Exemption of 100 percent tuition fee for full course program to one female and one male student from touristically potential but remote areas within the Kingdom of Nepal . Such exemption is based on the academic record and economic condition of the student.
Exemption of 50 percent tuition fee to two students (one female and one male from each section) at successive semester based on academic performance and general conduct of the student at the academy. Such exemption is for one semester only and subject to renewal based on continued excellence in academic performance and general conduct. |

| MTS Course Fee Structure |
 |
Admission and University registration fee Rs.20,000.00 (non refundable). |
|
Monthly fee Rs.4,000.00,to be paid in 2 installments of Rs.12,000.00 each per semester. |
|
In case of withdrawal of admission, the Academy will not be obliged to refund any fee. |
|
Fee waiver benefit for advance down payment is available in proportion to one month fee wave off for one year full payment. |
|
No partial payment is possible. |
